Description
SVA-II servo valve amplifier is a box power amplifier with self-contained DC stabilized power supply, which is mainly for driving and one-stage closed-loop controlling of nozzle flapper servo valve and jet pipe servo valve, etc.
It uses a portable standalone box for easy use. The front board adopts potentiometer with a scale locking mechanism for easy parameter adjustment. An ammeter is used for displaying the valve's coil current for easy observation in commissioning. Customers can select LVDT demodulation board according their necessary.
Application
SVA series servo valve amplifiers are specially used for driving and controlling electro-hydraulic servo valves. The amplifiers are mainly for high accuracy controlling of electro-hydraulic servo valves like nozzle flapper servo valves, and jet pipe servo valves, etc. In a hydraulic system, it is possible to control physical parameters, like position, speed, acceleration and force by using various hydraulic devices and measuring sensors. For example: Valve-controlled cylinder, valve controlled motor, valve-controlled pumps, etc.
Features of Box Power Amplifier
1. Stage-I closed loop controlling with hydraulic servo system.
2. With over-current protection function, output current can be up to 100mA.
3. The front board is for adjusting parameters like zero, gain, feedback volume, disturbance, etc. The adjustment locking mechanism is provided.
4. The ammeter on the front board displays the valve’s coil current.
5. With a built in linear DC stabilized circuit. Needs only connecting with AC220V externally.
6. All the power supply, valve coil and LVDT sensor use independent plug connection, and it is convenient to connect peripherals.
